Professional, knowledgeable, proficient, no-bullshit attitude. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.My dryer stopped working last week. Initially called Frank GAY out for a quote. Tech they sent out was aloof, and claimed the entire breaker box needed to be replaced at a cost in the thousands. Thankfully, we decided to get a 2nd opinion. Called Elite Electrical, Derek came out the next day. Through the usage of proper trouble shooting technique, he was able to determine the breaker wasn't receiving the power it should, and traced the problem back to a bad fuse in the main breaker box. He replaced the fuses (one still worked, but it was not looking good) in a timely manner, and just like that problem solved, and at 10% of what Framk GAY quoted us at, which would have been higher cause the problem wasn't the box.Its good to know there's still a handful of competent people in the world,, and Derek is one of them.
