We used Sterling Wealth for obtaining our mortgage. After our initial enquiry they got back to us with an agreement in principal very quickly, and then when the initial proposed lender began messing us about and our completion date was rapidly approaching they sorted out a new lender very quickly, even getting more funding than initially planned.
