BOUNCE CITY IS THE BEST! They came yesterday morning, July 3rd. Very punctual. The guys that came were very nice and I gave them some waters because of the heat. This morning I had noticed that the water was coming out but not a lot for the slide, so I wasn’t sure and called. The woman on the phone answered quickly and FaceTimed me to try to see if it was normal. The signal wasn’t the best on the phone, so she sent some guys out to double check. They came QUICK on the 4th of July to check it out and they told me it was just kinked and it’s PERFECT! Thank you so much Bounce City! We will definitely be coming to you guys from now on! We came all the way from Texas to Merritt Island, the communication and coordination was great. We rented a few bounce houses and used their DJ services, they provided an amazing time for my family reunion. Rented 27ft slide with extended slide attachment from them. Realized the day before our party that I had scheduled the wrong date, called them up and they made it all work out for us and were able to get us a new slide. All equipment in great shape and worked flawlessly. Delivered when they said they would, put it exactly where I asked. Crew was extremely polite.
