Haven't purchased for HH before, but I must say my first experience was 5 star. I spoke with Mel and she was awesome over the phone, we discussed some plant options for a property we were doing and she was simply awesome to deal with. Delivery was on the other side of town to HH, in Rye, and delivery guy was a ripper also. Passionate people, great service and really good pricing, better than what I could find down here. Thanks for the Help Mel and crew

Love going hereSo much selection and lots of plants you won't find anywhere else. Prices are not too bad. All the staff are very helpful and polite. It's a busy place and parking right at the front can be difficult but there is other parking close by

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding plants, exceptional service, and a wonderful shopping experience!Hello Hello Plants in Campbellfield has an amazing selection of plants to suit every budget. However, what really impressed me was not just the variety of plants, but the outstanding customer service. It is clear that Hello Hello values diversity, both in its plants and its people. The staff range from younger team members to more mature employees, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. What stood out to me was the genuine care shown not only for the plants but also for the customers. From the cashiers, who greeted customers with a smile, to the helpfulness of the staff throughout the store, the experience was exceptional. I would particularly like to recognise Wayne, who went above and beyond to help me.I had purchased my plants online the day before and wanted to collect my order. While the usual click-and-collect process allows a three-to-four-day window before orders are ready for collection, Wayne went out of his way to pull my order together so I could collect my plants sooner. That level of flexibility, consideration and genuine customer care is rare these days and deserves to be recognised. It is often the little things that make the biggest difference, and Wayne certainly made my experience memorable. He demonstrated exactly what excellent customer service should look like: being approachable, helpful, accommodating and genuinely willing to assist.Hello Hello Plants is a wonderful example of how a business should operate. Beautiful plants, great variety, prices to suit different budgets, and a team that genuinely seems to care.Thank you to Wayne and the entire team. I will happily return and would highly recommend Hello Hello Plants to anyone looking for quality plants and a genuinely enjoyable shopping experience.Keep up the wonderful work!

Great nursery and mind boggling variety and quantity of plants. I am still surprised, how that many plants are grown in the space. They have natives, lots of fruits trees, flowers, cottage plants, tropical indoors and many many more. Definitely visit the nursery. Parking can get tricky and hard to find during busy weekends.

We have been visiting this nursery after moving to Vic wanting plants for our land. Finally we have selected what we want. Firstly the staff here are so pleasant and extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble and they know their plants. The plants are good quality and a reasonable price. We were able to choose our own as we needed hundreds (acreage). Delivery was on time unloaded and all with a smile on the drivers face. We will be going back for sure. A big thank you to all. Kind regards Theresa and Andre from Glenlyon

A great selection of plants and trees. It's a little out of the way for us, but worth the drive.
