We had a problem with subterranean termites (who knew?) and Russell is Elevate's termite expert. He called 30 minutes before arrival. He helped solve our problem and explained everything to our satisfaction. He then carefully inspected our entire house and garage and gave us feedback on what he found (or didn't find, thankfully). And also gave us information about other pest problems. It was a pleasure to have Russell help us.
