Quentin from Elevate Pest Control came out this morning, and I couldn't be happier with the service. We recently moved into a new home and were shocked by the number of paper wasps and other insects around the property.Quentin was incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, answered all of my questions, and shared helpful information about preventing future problems. I needed a touch-up because we started seeing spiders in our basement. Matthew went above and beyond what I expected for a touch-up, which I’m super grateful for. I hate bugs and I feel confident that not one door or window was missed. He also took care of an ant problem in my garage that I didn’t even know I had. I have been a customer of elevate for 4-5 years now and I have always been satisfied with their work. I will always recommended them to my family and friends. Again, Matthew was one of the best techs I’ve had. He did an awesome job today!

Kaedyn was great to work with. When he understood that we were hoping to get rid of the little sewer cockroaches at my friends home, he suggested that we needed to contact our city because he couldn’t safely spray indoors for those. The homeowner is bedridden and unable to vacate the home for the procedure. The homeowner still wanted the perimeter sprayed for spiders etc.and Kaedyn did a thorough job.

We had a problem with subterranean termites (who knew?) and Russell is Elevate's termite expert. He called 30 minutes before arrival. He helped solve our problem and explained everything to our satisfaction. He then carefully inspected our entire house and garage and gave us feedback on what he found (or didn't find, thankfully). And also gave us information about other pest problems. It was a pleasure to have Russell help us.We had a follow up with Zach who was helpful!!
