Fantastic gym and fresh fitness concept. Feels like family when we go and our whole family of 5 joined so it’s a fun family affair. Jay and Heather are so awesome. Motivating, supportive, and enthusiastic. Their positive energy is infectious!! Our son will take baseball training lessons with Jay soon and we’ll all do training and stretch. We really love Goodwins. It’s great to be around like minded fitness focused people. We highly recommend Goodwins!! The icing on the cake is the sauna and red light therapy room…so relaxing. So grateful for Goodwins.

Still new to the gym but can't say enough good about it. Jay and Heather are clearly passionate and dedicated to much more specialized approach toward fitness and recovery while providing a space for people that enjoy a more focused and intentional space with less bustle and noise. It has everything I need to rehabilitate current injuries I am working through and then progress as far as I want in my own fitness journey.

This is the friendliest, cleanest boutique gym I have ever been in. Heather and Jay are highly educated, accredited, caring trainers. You can achieve a high level workout as they provide a huge choice of equipment. If they don't have exactly what you need, there are great alternatives to achieve every level of fitness goal.

One of the nicest gyms I’ve been to. Jay and Heather have poured their hearts and souls into this beautiful location. Excellent trainers, equipment and amenities!! The 24/7 access is amazing also. One of my favorites is this is a kid friendly facility also. TVs everywhere to watch sports while working out. Highly recommended.

GSS is a tremendous facility. I have been working out with Heather since the beginning. I am coming off a major surgery and Heather is helping me get my stamina, balance and strength back to where they need to be. I can’t express how much Jay and Heather work hard to help each and every client. They are the best. As is their facility.

Score 1 for me for finding this hidden gem! I was kind of nervous to start working out but the minute I walked in I was greeted with kisses from “Axel” the gym puppy and knew I found my place. Heather and Jay are the perfect combination of highly educated mixed with friendly and fun.

The facility is really nice, all of the machines are top quality, and it’s also clean and taken care of. The owners are super nice and are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and reaching your goals.

First class all the way. The space is creative, spacious, and energizing. The equipment is the most extensive I’ve ever seen. Seriously weights up to 100 pounds. Atmosphere is most welcoming kinda like a cheers version of a health club. All that, then you add in Jay and Heather who are both amazing trainers. Definitely the most prestige Gym/Health Club this area has ever seen. GSS has raised the bar on fitness and I’m so glad I’m on this journey with them.

After a surgery that limited my ability to workout, Jay created a personal training program that worked around my injuries and helped me safely get back on track . Im feeling stronger and healthier than I have in a long time. Jay is knowledgeable and experienced , as well as motivating and fun to work with. Jay and his wife Heather have recently opened a fitness studio in Bluffton which is state of the art, clean and full of extra perks.

I was shocked when I saw the space because it is so nice, clean, and NEW. Jay and Heather were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
