David and his partner came out to our condo. The toilet had overflowed and was clogged. They proceeded to snake the toilet then the exterior drain towards the main line. My neighbor came out and stated his toilet had overflowed too. David checked the other units in our building and found that all were backed up. A major issue. We called the HOA and they sent out their plumbers and completed the clean out. David and his partner did not charge me a cent for his fact-finding work. Bearded Plumber is an outstanding company and we highly recommend them. We will use them in the future. These guys are the best! Thanks, again! Another true thing is that they are bearded plumbers.

My water hear flush valve and the supply gate valve started leaking. Tom came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate. After confirming a date and time, the team came out completed a full replacement. keep in mind the heater is in a utility closet under an air handler so there is limited space. 1st, the crew worked hard to remove the old heater which was clogged with sediment so they could not drain it and the limited space made it difficult to pull the old unit out plus the weight of it still mostly full. 2nd, these guys some how maneuvered their way into this tight space and completed all the connection with pro press. Im very pleased and impressed. the pricing was right on with what ai would expect for a heater replacement. would definitely recommend.
