My experience with Hoodstar Commercial Care LLC was disappointing. Communication was slow, appointments were missed, and follow-ups required repeated reminders. The quality of work did not match what was promised, and issues were left unresolved. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unreliable, making it hard to justify the cost or recommend them based on my experience as a customer there.
