This is a honest review from a real customer. We did our research and found them on fb, highly recommended from other restaurants. We called and it went to voicemail, they called back within 30 minutes. We discussed about the services need and set up a date and time. They arrived early and completed the job within the timeframe he quoted. They were professional and fun to work with, the work was amazing. They cleaned up there work area, you couldn’t even tell they were there. They cleaned everything so much better than expected. If you need your hood cleaned, stop and call them, now. You will thank me later.

My experience with Hoodstar Commercial Care LLC was disappointing. Communication was slow, appointments were missed, and follow-ups required repeated reminders. The quality of work did not match what was promised, and issues were left unresolved. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unreliable, making it hard to justify the cost or recommend them based on my experience as a customer there.
