Fantastic experience from start to finish!We cannot recommend My HVAC Guy enough. The service was top-notch right from the beginning. Tania reached out to get us on the schedule and even called to confirm on the day of the appointment, which I really appreciated.​James, the technician, arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He was dressed sharply and made sure to put on shoe covers before entering, which showed a lot of respect for our space. He checked our system thoroughly, taking detailed notes and explaining everything to me in a way I could understand.​We decided to sign up for their membership plan (which includes 2 tune-ups a year) and was priced extremely fairly. James found an small issue with our vent pipe and offered to provide us with a quote, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy right then and there. It is rare to find such honest, high-quality service these days. 5 stars all the way!

My HVAC Guy is now my hero.!I had a scheduled tuneup for the A/C with a major company in the Metroplex and within 90 minutes I had a leaky coil that couldn’t be replaced due to the age of the A/C (10 yrs) and a salesperson wanting to sell me a new unit. The price that was quoted was between $16 and $20 thousand dollars less the finance charges if I paid cash. Advised that I needed time to process all the info and I would let them know.Through a friend I contacted Kelton Lisby, My HVAC Guy. It was so refreshing talking to him. I let him know that he was doing a 2nd opinion visit. First thing he said was that he needed to come and look at the unit and we were able schedule for the next day. Kelton spent about 3 hours in the attic and checking the outside unit.When all was said and done he could not identify leaks, anywhere. Stated refrigerant was low but I could not remember the last time it was added. I had tuneups twice a year and low refrigerant was not ever mentioned. He also identified other issues and those were promptly addressed. I am so impressed with Kelton Lisby that I’ve terminated my contract with the other company. His knowledge of HVAC his professionalism, his honesty and how careful he was in my home and his ability to explain the issues at hand made me feel that I was part of the process.I totally recommend Kelton Lisby, he is nowMy HVAC Guy.
