GREAT! My AC went out. I call My HVAC Guy. They came out ASAP. Found the problem. Turns out my unit is no longer made. Might need a new unit. We will get back to you with your options. GREAT! Ugh. My heart sinks. I hate this!!! I get a call from their office. Sir, it turns out your unit is still under warranty, so how about that. I did not buy the unit from them, but they did the legwork and saved me thousands of dollars. GREAT!!! WHO DOES THAT? My HVAC Guy, that's who. Best in the business. Look no further. I showed that I paid $400-600, but don't be fooled - that includes a 2026-2027 maintenance program for seasonal tune-ups, adjustments to my unit that had caused a leak, installation of a new leak sensor, and the guys being in the attic in Texas during a heatwave. Kelton and Andrew were courteous, and my leak has stopped! I'm glad I found them.
