This is an excellent facility very well maintained. One can see lush greenery everywhere and extremely courteous and helpful staff very ably led by Yadav, Kusuma and housekeeping staff Thomas, Monika and others. Their food is also excellent, with the chef and service staff working quite hard from early morning to late night. Only problem was some guests who were behaving as if they hadn't seen any food earlier! emptying the buffet dishes as they were getting filled up without letting others, and then wasting food on their plates. Esp at free breakfast! This was putting too much stress on the chefs n kitchen staff. Very poor attitude of some of the guests. It was a group trip, and we booked two rooms with bunk beds. The place was nice, and they were also doing some construction to improve it. It’s pet-friendly and has a resident dog named George, who was very friendly. They offered food options like coffee, tea, snacks, and even dinner on request. We also enjoyed games like Jenga and carrom with friends and family. The best part was the campfire on the lawn—perfect for a cozy evening! Less

I was going through photos of my Chikmagalur trip last year and remembered how this place made it a memorable trip. I still remember the torrential weather it was while reaching the place and the weather suits this place. From location, rooms and the way it was planned everything seemed perfect to me. The staff, manager and the owner of the place all are well mannered and great with hospitality.
