We had a power outage. Called Murphy he said he’d be there in 2hrs. Gave me a quote on call out fee and price scale to fix issue. He kept in contact, arrived as promised. Straight to work. Found problem and fixed it. Also gave us some valuable feedback on things he thought might need attention. Lovely down to earth guy. Appreciated his promptness and transparency. He quoted me the same day, was patient while I had to keep moving the date back due to waiting for my chandelier to arrive, followed up, arrived promptly and completed the work to an excellent standard.
