Beginning to end, dealing with them was a terrific experience. They were so responsive and informative. A group of wasps had moved into the outside of my brick house, near my front door. A Cottom's Rep (Kieran) came out, located the opening, treated the whole area and told me what future activity to expect. They were absolutely right as there were about 100 wasp 'carcasses' to clean up!It's now about 3 weeks later and I've seen LARGE wasps flying INSIDE my house. I called Cottom's again and they promptly sent a Rep (Marcus). He had to do an extensive search to locate their entrance area. He then donned a full body outfit and hat, climbed his ladder and walked a good part of the roof to the exact spot on my chimney where they entered. He poured something down in it and out flew an angry mob. After waiting a bit he then sprayed entire area.Once again I feel relieved and safe, thanks to Cottom's!!
