Cotton’s has an incredibly useful and thorough inspection for $100 + tax (approximate price). However, their overall price for service was the most expensive out of all the quotes I got. However, what is in this quote that’s very important is that they included prevention which is great overall. So… high expense high value is a good service, but you should know ahead of time that if you’re willing to pay several thousand dollars, then get their inspection, otherwise the inspection is worth the price on its own.

Both men were extremely nice! They were informative and explained everything. Happy to have met them. Update! The guys who came out to do the work were super nice and hard working! It was really cruddy weather but they were both in really good spirits, kind, and polite for a tough job in tough weather.Thanks fellas!
