I called Carlos on a whim because I saw a sign for June’s junk removal after immediately being told by a facility that in order to drop off three construction bags of trash, I’d have to pay $225 because the lowest amount they accepted is 1 ton of trash. We’d inherited a bunch of trash in a night from our upstairs tenants and I really didn’t want to hang on to it for 3 weeks. He was the nicest guy! He offered to come get the bags that day, for free! He said he was also a landlord and understood all about dealing with tenants and their messes. Of course I paid him anyway because seriously, what a guy! Then I offered him a job removing a giant pile of rocks and asphalt used been sitting on for coming up on a year. He said no problem, said he’d be back in 2 days, instead came the very next day. Super reasonable, super quick and super nice. I’d recommend him to anyone and took some cards to give to my family. It was a nice reminder of the good that still exists in the world. 10 out of 10.

..I called Carlos at about 8 o’clock in the morning on 25 February.. Without hesitation, he told me that he could schedule an appointment with me that afternoon..
