I am happy with the team at Cincinnati Retrofoam. They got to the house on time and didn't waste any time. It was raining so I was afraid they would cancel. They did not cancel. They kept working in the rain. That was unbelievable. The guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves. My only disappointment is that I had this done in March when winter is over. It has been around 60 degrees out since the installation, so I can't really tell any changes --- but the weather will change and they I will be able to see how things are.
