Kyle was knowledgeable, honest, and thorough during the initial consultation and quote. The installation crew was professional, took great care to protect the work areas with plastic sheeting, completed high-quality work, and left everything clean when the job was finished. Pam was wonderful during the final approval for the project and completing financing, making sure everything met our expectations.While I don’t expect to save much on our electric bill since the first floor was already comfortable, this project was absolutely worth every penny because of how much more comfortable our second floor has become. Cincinnati RetroFoam was really great. They worked within our budget and gave us time to make our initial deposit. once that was done, the work was scheduled promptly. The young men who did the crawl space removed the old deteriorated insulation and stayed til the job was done in one day. They did a very thorough job and spent 11 hours here. I would recommend Cincinnati RetroFoam to anyone who needs insulation in their home
