Recently Cincy Retro Foam began working on a difficult attic clean up for me. As a disabled vet, it was a challenge to get everything prepped for them. Instead of giving me the run around like many places would, the worked patiently and accommodates my every need. The young men knocking out the work were fantastic. They busted their tails without complaints and were customer focused the entire two days it took them.They also knocked my wall insulation with the injection foam service. After drilling through my brick outer walls, you can’t even tell they were there.After each job they took the care and attention to detail to clean up even better than when they found it.Just an awesome family owned business and an outstanding customer experience. If you need any insulation work done choose them.Oh almost forgot….they also installed an attic access ladder for us!!!

From the first visit to the cleaner up after the job, RetroFoam delivered. Fantastic customer service. The crew that blew in the foam, was professional and friendly. They were careful around plants and did a great job of cleaning up.

Will and his team did an awesome job. They arrived when they said they would, went straight to work and left the place better than they found it. Will did a thorough walkthrough afterward to ensure no leakage inside the house. We notice a difference within just a few short hours, able to readjust the thermostat and much quieter inside. I highly recommend Cincinnati RetroFoam, you won't be sorry.Since I had used Cincinnati RetroFoam 5 years ago for my home and was very pleased with the results, it was a no brainer to hire them again when it came time to foam insulate my new 30'x40'x12' pole barn. Kyle (sales rep) came out, was very professional and personable. I considered the price very reasonable and we scheduled the work. The day of install, I was surprised to see not only the crew but Kyle and Dan (owner) as well. I have a screen door for the 16'x8' garage door that we initially thought they could work around. We quickly realized it would have to come down. Kyle didn't hesitate in helping me quickly (and safely) remove it. The crew (and Dan) quickly started covering everything. The main tech (Destin) and his helper (Hayden) worked quickly and professionally to spray the pole barn. The entire process took a full two days with the two techs working tirelessly to complete the job. When finished, after a thorough cleanup, Destin volunteered to help me reinstall the screen door (I wasn't expecting that). The job looks great! The next day I started to frame out the interior in order to hang plywood. The outside temp was 45 degrees yet inside the barn was very comfortable that I only wore a t-shirt. To say the least, I am VERY satisfied! Thanks to Cincinnati RetroFoam for yet another fantastic job!!

We had what ended up being a more challenging install than what they originally thought. The guys handled it well and I couldn't be more happy with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the follow through that was shown. Dan, Destin, and Dustin were great to work with. I would certainly recommend them to friend and family. Thank you guys!
