We hired them to inject foam insulation into the exterior garage walls of our new Drees home (the builder had installed sheetrock but skipped the insulation) and blown in fiberglass in the garage ceiling. Cincinnati RetroFoam showed up on time for both the estimate and the installation, and their team were absolute professionals throughout the entire process. There was a small hiccup when one of their trucks accidentally left ruts in our lawn while backing into the driveway. However, the installers made note of it on the work order, and the company promptly acknowledged the issue, pledging to make repairs in the spring if needed.
