They were very thorough and addressed all the areas we wanted cleaned (and informed us when there were areas that should be treated more gently for paint, etc.). Eric and his team at Casa Washa are great! Quickly received a proposal for service and scheduling was easy and quick. They arrived on time, confirmed the scope of the work to be done, and got going. We had them wash our house, clean our windows inside and out, clean an upstairs patio, and the deck around our pool. The results are awesome! The house looks so very fresh. We should have done this years ago. Will have them out to do our windows two times a year now and wash the house annually. Thank you.

We were torn between figuring out if we needed to repaint our new house or not, and replace a lot of the exterior masonry that even after we power washed ourselves, was still deeply stained. Eric and his team came out and spent the entire day power washing our new house and patios, and cleaning all of our windows inside and out. I am rating their service TEN stars out of five. Our patios and pool area look brand new, our windows look fantastic, and their soft washing technique on our white home worked!! It turns out we don’t have to paint many of the exterior areas that we were super worried about. They got them cleaned up and looking super fresh. The Casa Washa team is not only great at what they do, but they are so nice. Excellent communicators. Fairly priced. And truly customer obsessed. Happy to refer to everyone we know!
