Summit did a great job delivering for our event! We had 50 tables needing delivered and returned to a rental company. They were kind, courteous, and got the job done so much faster than anticipated, especially with the event taking place on the 2nd floor of our event center. They even took the time to prop the tables up for me, so all I had to do is organize. I will 100% be using them in the future!

Had a great experience with this company. The movers we had Kevin, Tazer, and Cy were always kind to us and kept positive attitudes while also moving all of our stuff. They took care to wrap our TVs and helped to get all our things out of our 2nd story apt into our house. They had a wonderful, positive attitude starting the day with laughter and joy.This was about an 8 hour move with nearly all of the boxes and totes going into a basement. The crew that showed up at our house to pack up did an amazing job. The guys were very friendly and were professional. They worked well together and looked like they were extremely knowledgeable on how to pack the moving van. They were in and out in about 3 hours. We are very happy with the service we received as we move to a new location.The crew showed the next day at the new location and unpacked everything and moved with efficiency and placed everything as directed. The unload time was just under 3hours and the guys were very friendly and worked well together. We were all joking with each other and had a great time. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to use their service!

I recently used this moving company for my move from Cleveland to Staten Island, and overall, my experience was mixed.I want to first mention Brett, who helped me estimate the moving cost and answered all of my questions throughout the process. He was very patient, responsive, and helpful, and he made the process of getting a quote straightforward and stress free.I also want to give our movers Kris and Koy a lot of credit for their work on moving day. Kris and Koy worked very hard and took great care with our belongings. They were polite, friendly, meticulous, and careful when packing our furniture, and they did a great job protecting our home during the move.However, we have mixed feelings about the company's staff management. I specifically paid for 2 movers plus 1 packer. I was told the crew would start in the morning and finish around noon. Our plan was to leave Cleveland in the early afternoon to begin the drive to New York with our 14-month-old son. Unfortunately, the company only sent 2 people instead of the 3 people I had paid for, which made the packing process much slower than expected. We ultimately didn't finish and leave until around 6 PM, causing a major disruption to our travel plans.I am giving 5 stars for the workers and staff I encountered during my move. But I would only give 3 stars to the company's management. Even after booking the move 1 month ahead, we did not get the agreed amount of mover, which caused significant delay and affected our plans to travel with our young child.
