Overall an okay experience. Moved across states. Movers showed at 10:15am but was given an arrival window of 9-9:30. Didn’t start actual moving boxes until 10:45am. My place is about 900sqft. I did all the packing. They wrapped furniture and loaded the truck. 4 guys. Finished at 3:15pm. The drive to my new place is 4 hours. After a whole two weeks of packing by myself with a 4 year old, then having to start my drive at 4pm, wasn’t ideal for me. Movers were friendly. Efficiency needs work. Price was reasonable considering moving during the busiest times of the month.

Summit movers were professional, fast, handled items with care, and were very pleasant. Kevin helped to take apart our kitchen table and master bed and carefully put it all back together at the end. They said it would take between 3-4.5 hours to move us and they were done in about 4 hours. Perfect move, made us more at ease having our big and heavy items moved by professionals.

Thank you for a quick and super friendly move! It’s always stressful to move so I appreciate all your help to make it smoother. The best part of the day was finding my very nervous stowaway cat in the my bed box springs! We were so worried she ran away, but apparently she wanted to ride in the truck to the new house! We laughed for hours, but so incredibly thankful we found her!

The guys did a fabulous job at tetris in the truck. They stopped at 3 places for me before going to my new home. When we got to the final destination, they laid out runners to keep the carpet clean. The one guy found all kinds of excuses not to work, but the other 3 hustled. I didn't think it would be fair to those that worked hard to get a lower rating. The amount they charged me was only about $400 more than what I paid for a rental truck and hire 2 guys to help. Well worth the money. I'd hire these guys again.
