I dropped in to workout for the 6:30am class and it was very nice! Coach was knowledgeable and helpful and the members were all welcoming! Would definitely return if I visit in the future!

Visiting the area for Christmas, I dropped in for a Saturday morning WOD and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost and many amenities. The gym is quite spacious and has a lot of equipment. The cardio workout did not include any barbells or lifting equipment, so I cannot speak to those aspects, but there were plenty of rowers and jump ropes available to choose from that were actually in good condition. Robbie was really welcoming and made me feel like I was at my home gym. I will definitely come back next time Iām in Rock Hill.
