In the spring of 2025 I hired Brandon and crew to clean my roof (after demands from my homeowners insurance). They did a great job and provided loads of before and after documentation to send to my insurer. I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism and attention to detail.A year and a half later, Brandon followed up to check in regarding roof maintenance. I emailed back and said that while the roof was fine, the drain in my backyard was slow and I suspected sand run-off from the prior roof work might have caused the issue.Within an hour I had received responses from Brandon and Josh offering to come right over and resolve the drain issue. Over a year after they completed their work and with zero evidence to prove that they has contributed to the drain problem, but they were still committed to making sure everything was resolved. They arrived right when they said they would and after a short time of troubleshooting found that rocks had blocked my drainage line. In all likelihood there must be a broken portion of pipe somewhere in the system which they had nothing to do with, but they still corrected the issue promptly and within one visit. This is a great company to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them for your cleaning needs. Thanks Brandon and Josh for going above and beyond. You guys definitely place your customers first and foremost.

We had a power wash of our house and it turned out great. They were very professional and knowledgable and their rates are very reasonable. When a very old screen window came apart on removal for cleaning (which was not their fault), they repaired it for us without charge - that is great service!

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Professional Power Wash and Management (PPWPM)! This job was done at my home in Walnut Creek, and the team did an absolutely fantastic job with both the power washing and the windows—everything looks spotless and refreshed. The windows are super cleanI have a property with a front yard, backyard, and side yard—quite an area to be cleaned—along with a mix of surfaces including bricks, concrete, and even a tennis court. They handled every single detail with care and precision. It’s not easy to manage such variety, but they truly did an outstanding job across the board.A special shoutout to Ray, who I was in touch with throughout the process. He is truly wonderful—extremely patient, professional, and has outstanding customer service. What I really appreciated is that he genuinely understands what a customer wants. I’m someone who is very particular (a bit of a clean freak!), and when I pointed out certain things, he made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. That level of attention and responsiveness really stands out.Honestly, when a business truly takes care of its customers, you know they’re going to do well—and that’s exactly the feeling I got here.Communication was seamless—every text message was responded to promptly, with no delays or confusion. The team was very punctual and arrived right on time. Everything was smooth and efficient from start to finish. They also offer a wide range of services, and based on this experience, I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. It was such a pleasant experience overall. You come across very few companies whose service is truly 10 on 10—and this is definitely one of them.I highly recommend PPWPM to everyone in Walnut Creek and beyond who is looking for power washing or any of the services they offer. I’m 101% sure they’ll do a great job. If you love a fresh-looking home, you will be absolutely happy and thrilled!

Anthony did an excellent job! My driveway and the walkway to my front door had not been pressure-washed for many years before Anthony worked on them at about noontime today and in little over 30 minutes. They are now very clean. Anthony showed me a photo of the amazing before-and-after contrast. I thought of taking some after-wash pictures to contrast them with the ones taken before the wash. However, the driveway and the walkway are still a little wet, and it has just started raining. Although Anthony may upload his photo, I may upload some as well to show the contrasts. Anthony is very professional, respectful and pleasant to work with!

Thoroughly cleaned, and without leaving a mess or any residue! Well done. There is a smell of bleach afterwards, which doesn’t bother me, but it’s worth mentioning.

After the heavy storms we had in December my backyard looked a hot mess - between all the mud build up and tree debris, I was over it! Anthony to the rescue! He powerwashed everything making my backyard presentable again. He was very friendly, and even made sure my dog was ok when he noticed the machine was scaring her. Little things like that stand out! I highly recommend Anthony and Professional Powerwashing Maintenance Services!
