FIND ANOTHER DENTIST (Frequent cautiously to avoid the negative experience)Go to ANOTHER dentist in the area. The quality of products ordered from labs are consistently poor.I ordered a night guard from the office for my son. It tore in a couple of weeks. (This was the second night guard in just a few months). The office manager blamed the lab and the office was not initially standing behind the product coming out of their office. After I complained I was told the item would be replaced at no charge. After I was emailed an invitation to leave a review I submitted a negative review about the office manager’s handling of the situation.After the review, I was later told the office would not be reordering the guard (so I would have to pay for it). So not only do they not stand behind the products from labs they use, they are not interested in providing sound customer service to the community.I did not find out they were not going to be honoring their agreement until I called up there to try and pick up the guard.Not very Texan 🙂Here is a response to ownership's response.If anyone is reading this, I would invite you to go back a read my initial review labeled:“FIND ANOTHER DENTIST”It sounds like ownership is hurt and/or bothered by a poor review.  Keep that in the back of your hat as you are reading below and if you decide to make the mistake of frequenting this establishment.  (In the ownership's response to my review there was not a "let's fix this attitude from the office," but more defensive.In the ownership's response the specifics of my description were not disputed. Why?  Well...because they really can't.  My account is what happened and that is why things were not refuted.The word threat was used. This is an interesting use of a word to paint someone that is unhappy with your customer service. If I say that I am considering posting a Google review (which I did state) that is painted as the word threat.-It’s one thing to disagree, but to resort to trying to make someone look negative and accuse of a threat says something about how this organization sees patients.-If there was a threat why did the last discussion end with the office outlining the guard would be replaced?Because outlining that one may share the situation on a review is not threatening or a threat.  But it needs to be seen this way to paint an unhappy customer negatively.-What is also interesting is that the owner’s post more focuses on some threat than really sorting through the specifics of the situation and providing a refutation. There is a policy about products purchased here but if they don't last longer than a few weeks it makes sense that someone would complain.  It makes sense that the office would stand behind the product.  Which is what they were going to do until a negative review was submitted.Frequent this establishment at your own peril (and be mindful about leaving a negative review after you get shotty service and/or products). Get everything in writing (but it may not make a difference).Not very Texan. Less

I can't say enough good things about this dentist office! The front desk staff is incredibly organized and friendly, making the check-in process quick and smooth.The hygienists and assistants are professional, gentle, and truly care about patient comfort. Dr.Renas is amazing—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire visit, which says a lot considering I'm usually a bit anxious about dental appointments.The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made everything from X-rays to cleaning fast and efficient.Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care in a caring environment!
