I do not recommend this med spa based on my experience.I spent $3,661 on three Morpheus8 treatments. During my consultation, I was told that three treatments would be needed, but unfortunately, I have seen no noticeable results. They took before-and-after photos throughout my treatments, including updated photos this week, and I personally see no improvement.When I attempted to cancel my membership, the process was also frustrating. I was offered a fourth treatment at no charge, complimentary facials, and a $198 refund. As of now, I still have not received the refund. I was also eventually advised to consider surgery, which was particularly disappointing after spending thousands of dollars based on the expectation that the recommended treatments would help.If I had been told from the beginning that surgery might be necessary and that Morpheus8 was unlikely to achieve the results I was looking for, I would not have spent $3,661 here.Communication became another major issue. After these discussions, my texts and calls stopped receiving responses.I understand that results can vary from person to person, but based on my experience, I feel that my expectations were not properly managed, and the lack of follow-up has been extremely disappointing. This is a franchise, so locations are independently owned. My experience is specifically with this location.I would encourage anyone considering treatment to do thorough research, ask detailed questions about expected results and alternatives, and make sure they fully understand what can realistically be achieved before spending this kind of money. I personally would choose to go elsewhere.
