I have had them send me multiple emails about upcoming appointments, which I have never scheduled, and wishing me a happy birthday month.... when it is not my birthday month? Plus, someone reached out via text and ignored me. It has just been a very weird experience. I started receiving all these weird incorrect emails AFTER the ignored text. My text was not rude, it was just asking questions and stating what I need. It just makes me feel like the emails have been some kind of retaliation. I have never personally had an appointment, but the odd presence in my texts and emails has pushed me from wanting to pursue anything here.

Oh my goodness, I love this spa! I booked an appointment with Michelle for laser hair removal. I haven't had laser hair removal since last year in L.A, so my maintenance was due.
