Loft kings were amazing as you can see from the images below. Our old tiny loft entrance without a ladder has been enlarged and a ladder combined to a very high quality and standard. Paul and his assistant worked efficiently and effectively to get the work done in about 3 hours on a hot Friday afternoon with little to no evidence they were even here! Would highly recommend.

We chose Loft King's even though they weren't the cheapest quote, and I'm so glad we did. From the very beginning they stood out from the competition.Paul never used any hard sell tactics when discussing the different ladder options. Instead, he took the time to explain them and even sent me a video of my chosen ladder in action so I knew exactly what I was getting. The quote itself was detailed and easy to understand, and for a small additional charge they cleared our loft of old boxes and the old floor covering, which was well worth it. Another thing that really impressed me was that when Paul came to carry out the survey, he removed his shoes without being asked. It was a small gesture, but it showed genuine respect for our home and spoke volumes about his professionalism.On installation day, Paul and Josh arrived on time and immediately laid carpet protectors before starting work. They were both friendly, courteous and professional throughout. The work was completed quicker than I expected, and before leaving Paul demonstrated exactly how to use the new loft hatch and ladder. When they finished there wasn't a speck of dust or debris left anywhere.I genuinely couldn't recommend Loft King's highly enough. The quality of their workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding from the initial survey through to the completed installation. They were worth every penny, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Having moved to Sutton Coldfield, the previous loft access in the house was very narrow and had a temperamental aluminium ladder.We wanted to partially board the loft, have a bigger hatch, a wooden ladder and also have shelving put in together with grab rails.I met Paul and felt very comfortable and confident with his advice and suggestions. We used Loft Kings to upgrade the insulation in our loft, remove old water tanks/frame, install a loft ladder and fit boarding throughout, plus upgrading the insulation in a smaller extension loft.
