Having moved to Sutton Coldfield, the previous loft access in the house was very narrow and had a temperamental aluminium ladder.We wanted to partially board the loft, have a bigger hatch, a wooden ladder and also have shelving put in together with grab rails.I met Paul and felt very comfortable and confident with his advice and suggestions. We used Loft Kings to upgrade the insulation in our loft, remove old water tanks/frame, install a loft ladder and fit boarding throughout, plus upgrading the insulation in a smaller extension loft. Good advice and detailed quote was provided after an initial visit and the work itself was completed in a day, efficiently, and with all mess cleared up and removed.
