Having moved to Sutton Coldfield, the previous loft access in the house was very narrow and had a temperamental aluminium ladder.We wanted to partially board the loft, have a bigger hatch, a wooden ladder and also have shelving put in together with grab rails.I met Paul and felt very comfortable and confident with his advice and suggestions. We used Loft Kings to upgrade the insulation in our loft, remove old water tanks/frame, install a loft ladder and fit boarding throughout, plus upgrading the insulation in a smaller extension loft. Good advice and detailed quote was provided after an initial visit and the work itself was completed in a day, efficiently, and with all mess cleared up and removed. Where do I start? The best tradesmen I've had doing work in my property so far! . I had quotes from 7 different companies. I was kind of skeptical thinking I literally only heard of Loft Kings via google and read some reviews. Paul's quote was not the most expensive nor was it the cheapest. What sold me was his method of detail and great care when he came to quote the job (he clearly does this as a full time professional with loads of expirence). Honestly the guy and his team take great pride in their work , I wouldn't bother going elsewhere if I needed work in the loft doing in the future.The insulation and boarding has made a massive difference to my property regarding keeping the house warm and using the loft for stoarage .Im going to actually say Loft Kingz should raise their prices because I've used the well known ins**loft company on a different property of mine, their work was good however to be honest Paul's work was better and at more of a reasonable price.
