I highly recommend any opportunity you get to do an in person session with them, but their energy is just as potent through Zoom as well. Absolutely transformative experience! It feels like a year’s worth of therapy and emotional release in one session. Cory and Jessica are both so talented and powerful at what they do. Their breath-work technique is truly so healing! I highly recommend a session with them- solo and/or doing it as a couple!
