Absolutely transformative experience! It feels like a year’s worth of therapy and emotional release in one session. Cory and Jessica are both so talented and powerful at what they do. Their breath-work technique is truly so healing! I highly recommend a session with them- solo and/or doing it as a couple!

I’ve been attending Jessica’s yoga classes in San Diego for many years and I recommend taking her class to anyone and everyone I know. Every class I took, I left feeling so relaxed and empowered. Jessica is such a kind, authentic, and genuine person. I absolutely adore her and appreciate all she has helped me with over the years. While she has moved to AZ, I look forward to seeing her and Cory back in CA and taking their yoga and breathwork classes.

The healing couple's sunset cliffs yoga classes brought me so much joy, gratitude, and peace every Saturday. Jess always brings enthusiasm and positive energy to the experience! It helped me adjust quickly to San Diego when I first moved here. Grateful for them!

I started 3 part- breathwork more than a year ago and have been pretty consistent once a week. I found Cory and Jessica at SoJourn Healing Collective. I had never heard of this type of yoga or breathing but what I can say it has been the most transformative practice. I am in my head a lot and it gives my brain something to focus on while my physical and emotional body releases stuck energy, anger, loss, sadness, fear, you name it and lets it out. I just finished an 8 week journey called the VIP Experience with The Healing Couple and wow!!! I was carrying around a backpack and it got emptied out. My beliefs that were keeping me stuck have been lifted. I look at myself completely different. The Healing Couple walk with you the whole way, they celebrate with you and cry with you. I first met Cory & Jessica when I moved to San Diego in September of 2019 and have been working with them in person and online on a regular basis since. Discovering breathwork has truly impacted and changed my life unlike any other practice I have done and I can't imagine ever wanting to be lead in breathwork by anyone else..
