The stereotype, or this preconceived idea of the kind of person I thought I needed to be, almost stopped me from looking further. But after an informal yet thorough telephone consultation with James, I decided to try a taster session that same week.Since joining, my only regret is not doing it sooner.In just six weeks, I’ve built a healthier relationship with exercise, developed new routines, and feel more motivated to attend each class I’ve booked. The programmes and classes are well planned, and the equipment is great.I genuinely can’t express how grateful I am to have found this community. The coaches—James and Harriet—have been incredibly helpful and patient. I’ve learned so much in such a short space of time, and I know there’s still so much more to learn. But the team makes it feel possible.Everyone is so welcoming—you really do feel like you’ve got a room full of cheerleaders behind you.
