I had a pretty significant water loss. From the start to the finish Sergio was very responsive to all my questions, concerns and requests. Sergio took his time to explain all steps him and his crew would take to complete the job. The Crew did a great job in getting the affected area cleared and dry, they removed all damaged cabinetry and placed fans to get the area dry. Once the job was completed I met with Sergio and he explained every step that was going to be taken place. Sergio communicated with the adjuster to get me a fair amount to repair the damages. Overall Restorex is a very professional company all my expectation were met. I highly recommend Restorex for and losses that may accrue in your home, this company is great and fast.

I had water damage in my crawl space and laundry room. Excellent service was provided throughout the project. Sergio worked with my insurance adjuster and a reasonable budget was established. Water removal and damage was remediated in a timely manner. Dallas provided coordination of the reconstruction portion of the project and performed additional services to add new flooring to coordinate other rooms. Rene and Chasse did a great job laying the flooring. Everything looks great and was done in a timely, personable and professionable manner.

Juan was fantastic. Took the extra step to make sure the humidity in the house was right where it needed to be. Checked everywhere in the house, attic and crawl space for mold. Very thorough.
