I've never purchased flowers from Helms but I have received a bunch of bouquets from here and from what I've experienced, I think their service is worthy of 5 plus stars. The bouquets are always so pretty, fresh, and delivered with care! My partner gets flowers delivered to me and I am always amazed by the quality of service. Like, there is never a glitch in delivery time. I partly attribute this efficiency to my partner because he is a big planner but it says a lot if he is willing to put his trust in Helms to be on time to deliver flowers for a promotion, Valentine's Day, and just because. I might even treat myself to some flowers just to see what the full experience is like. :) Kudos to Helms and to my partner for brightening up my life with beautiful bouquets!

Stopped by yesterday for some last minute flowers, and they put together something lovely for me. The price was very reasonable too! And, they were really patient while I researched which of their options would be non-toxic for cats.

Sandra was amazing to work with! I sent her an inquiry via Instagram and she replied quickly. I told her I wanted 3 small arrangements for my daughter's birthday party. I told her I want it to feel more organic and whimsical. She made them in these cute tea cups as vases. Loved it the arrangements turned out. Highly recommended.

I have ordered from Sandy, owner of Helms Flowers, for almost two years now. Her arrangements are just lovely and she cares deeply about customer satisfaction. I place orders through Sandy when I send flowers to my sister in Michigan or to our out-of-town friends. This past holiday demonstrated how wonderful Sandy's customer service is. I chose the arrangement that I wanted from her website. Sandy found a florist near my friends and placed my order. What was delivered to my friends was nothing like I ordered. I won't go into how bad it looked. (Don't people realize that with the onset of cell phone cameras that it's easy to send a photo of what was received?) Sandy went to bat and she got the florist to redo the arrangement and had it delivered. She also got me a refund because the flowers were not delivered for their Christmas dinner. Now THAT, is customer service and a job well done. Thank you Sandy for your dedication to doing the right thing for the right reason!

I ordered some birthday flowers for my sisters birthday through 1800 Flowers. I chose a unicorn basket/bouquet. I was soooo nervous about what it would look like because when I googled some user pics, I saw fails that looked ridiculous. So FF 2 days later, after having anxiety about this everyday...the flowers arrive. They look amazing!!! I was so happy! The flowers are fresh and it's sooo cute! The only thing is I paid extra to get them delivered in the 9am-12pm time frame and they were an hour late. $72. Pricey but my sister is only 30 once! And this unicorn thing is sooooo cute and fun!!!

Helms Flowers is the best! My husband purchased the forever roses for me on Valentine's Day. Sandra's Team was amazing! They were delivered and better than I expected. They still look amazing months later. Helms flowers is the perfect florist and I'm so thankful to support a small business owner in my community. Small businesses deserve 1st and 2nd chances to get in 100%. We need Helms Flowers in our community. I'm looking forward to supporting them again!
