I have been a member of CrossFit The Swamp for almost 9 years now! I am 55 years old with scoliosis and since I've joined CrossFit The Swamp, I have been able to keep my core strong and my backpain to a minimal. The expert coaches here are fantastic, the workouts are always challenging, the members are super supportive and the environment is friendly & fun.

Today was a great introduction to Cross Fit! Jimmy did a fantastic job introducing me to the curriculum, explaining the technique, and showing me how to make modifications for my skill level. The class was challenging, but it was a welcoming atmosphere. At the end, people came up to me and gave me a fist bump telling me I did well! People are so kind and encouraging here-- it made for a great start to my day!
