I have worked with Logan at Dreamsport Performance over the last several years. I have trained with him in person and virtually, both have been extremely helpful in attaining my fitness goals. The recent virtual training allowed me to work back from a foot and knee surgery within the same year. Logan created a solid plan for me to rehab my foot first, followed with a consecutive meniscus tear rehabilitation.I am grateful for the knowledge and patience that Logan shared with me. As a perimenopausal woman, I have really struggled to gain and maintain muscle mass. I’ve worked with trainers on and off for the last 10 years, but Logan has been my most consistent personal trainer over the past 3½ years. As a washed up college athlete who prioritized family and work over myself, turning 50 brought upon self reflection about my physical health. I wasn't out of shape, but I wasn't in shape either.
