I am struggling with this review. Everyone is really nice. The new garage door is finally amazing. But we wanted an extra remote for the garage door and it has been a struggle to get it. The first door opener didn't work, the second door opener was worse than the first, and finally the 3rd one worked. We were told thay someone would be out the following day to look at the original and install a new one if necessary. When we called we were told he might be out there. My husband called back to have clarification and they said they would be there that day. Only to find out the second one didn't work either and we would have to wait until their next shipment came in. They came out on the day the shipment came in and installed the 3rd opener. Which thankfully worked. I called to pay my bill and was told someone would bring another remote. They did not. My husband called and they said they would bring another remote and they did not. So he called again to ask with absolutely no resolution. I love the side mount opener and the work that was done, but in some areas the ball has really been dropped. I wanted to give 3 stars but I don't really think that is accurate for all the positive things that did happen. There is a small part of me that feels like of I hadn't paid the bill until I got the second remote, we would already have it.

Rick was extremely easy to work with. He gave us brochures and let us take our time picking out the garage door we wanted. Easy up front costs and no extra fees. Installation was simple and easy. Very pleased with prompt arrival for garage door tuneup. After the tuneup our door no longer made a loud screeching sound when opening or closing. No high pressure speech to sell additional services that were not needed. Very reasonable service charge. Highly recommend!
