Hello, Karen was outstanding throughout the selling process. It was a long one for us, and took a lot of patience. She is an honest realtor and keeps her word. We didn't think the Buyer's RE agent was so pleasant to deal with, to say the least. She would ask for odd-ball things like told Karen that the septic tank had to be dug up because the bank asked for it. When Karen asked the bank, after I had dug the 10' x 5' x 4' hole, missing two days of work...the bank said that they never asked for this to be done. Also, the Buyer's RE agent holding up the signing off of the contract until the very last minute, pushing out the days for signature, yet not allowing the extension on when to leave the house, caused my wife and I extreme stress in packing/moving out an entire house in five days, was both unwarranted and unkind to us. This was mean of the RE Buyer's agent to do this, and caused my wife to have a nervous breakdown afterwards. Karen had to deal with this, and did it with grace. We liked Karen and her work.
