We could not be happier with our experience with A Closet Case and Tanya Murphy! We recently completed a major renovation of our home and initially planned to use the same closet company we had used in our previous home. However, our designer recommended A Closet Case, and because we value her opinion, we decided to meet with Tanya and see what she had to offer. We are so glad we did.From our very first meeting, we knew we wanted to work with Tanya. She came out promptly to measure our spaces and quickly provided thoughtful renderings and suggestions that made the most of every area. She designed separate his-and-hers closets in our primary bedroom, as well as a full closet and cabinetry in our office. In areas where we already had existing shelving, she came up with simple, creative solutions to make everything look cohesive and intentional.Visiting Tanya’s beautiful showroom was especially helpful. We were able to see and touch the different finishes, hardware, pulls and options in person rather than trying to make decisions from samples or pictures. Tanya is extremely knowledgeable and was wonderful at helping us achieve the modern look we wanted while also being mindful of our budget.She even helped create one of my favorite little luxuries in our new home - a dedicated coffee and tea area in my closet, complete with cabinetry and a countertop, so I can make tea there in the evening. She truly listened to how we wanted to use our spaces and designed around the way we actually live.The installation was flawless. Everyone who worked in our home was professional and respectful, and they left everything immaculate. There was no damage to surrounding walls or finishes and no mess left behind.Now that we have been living in our renovated home and actually using the closets, we are even more impressed. The difference in quality from the closets in our previous home is noticeable. Everything feels substantial and high-end. The drawers glide beautifully, the rods and hardware feel sturdy, and the pull-out mirror in my closet is incredibly convenient. Most importantly, Tanya’s designs work! Our belongings fit beautifully, we have plenty of storage, and every space looks fabulous.Throughout the entire process, Tanya was responsive, accessible, friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have already recommended A Closet Case to our realtors, family and friends and will continue to do so.If you are considering custom closets or cabinetry, I highly recommend meeting with Tanya Murphy before making a decision. If you do your research like I did, you will choose this family owned business not only for the price ( which is important and definitely an investment) but for the customization and personal attention that you receive. Love my new closets. I just stand in them and stare. Now I have to empty soooo many more boxes to fill them up!
