I reached out to this company on a Sunday with an urgent request for dumpster drop off on Monday morning. Cherokee was extremely accommodating and very willing to get us taken care of as we experienced a house fire and needed the dumpster to continue work being done on our home. We had issues with two other dumpster companies with it, not being picked up timely and or delivered timely. Each time I’ve called to speak with Cherokee or Liz they have been very helpful and were able to accommodate a drop off or pick up within 24 hours of the phone call. I would highly recommend this local company. They truly know what customer service is and will take care of you and your project without delay.

I can not say enough positive things about PDL Waste Solutions. It was so easy to book online. The website is very easy to navigate. My driver, Jeremy, was absolutely one of the nicest young men I have meet in along time. He was on time and placed the dumpster in the exact spot I requested. He doubled checked with me too make sure everything was the way I wanted it before he left. Thank you Jeremy for the wonderful job.Also, thank you to Cherokee for all your assistance when I called about my to be determined pick up date. So personable and such a joy to talk to on the phone.
