The amount of patience and communication they've shown during this process has alleviated mounting stress (stress from insurance companies and other roofing companies 🥴 ew)! We had an inspection by our new insurance company and they identified 3 roof tiles that we needed to replace by a certain date. I could not get any roofer to call back for such a small job.
