We rented from this business over 25 years ago and we rented an electric BMW this week (5/2025) which we've never driven. Customer service was phenomenal. The gentleman showing us how to use an electric vehicle was wonderful and patient. We had to call to learn how to shut off the navigation system and they were great at walking us through it.. We rented Jeeps twice over the last 2 weeks. The pick up and drop off were very easy and everyone was very helpful. The Jeeps were spotless and we enjoyed driving on the beach. Rodney was exceptional. He was extremely kind and even dropped us off at the ferry when we were running late for our departure. We will definitely rent again when we return to Nantucket. Less
