Steven was the first person we met, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Anthony oversaw the project and was equally professional, responsive, and easy to work with.The roofing crew was outstanding—organized, efficient, and incredibly tidy. When the job was finished, there wasn't a single piece of roofing debris left in the yard. Thomas Roofing & Repair did an amazing job all around on the new solar attic fan install. I reached out to them less than a week ago seeking a company to replace my dead solar attic fan. Over the phone, we discussed a couple of options - they sent me a quote within minutes. The installer who showed up was very good and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of roof work done. I will be using them for my next roof when that time comes.

Excellent company to work with, very fair price and work was completed quickly. They rebuilt my chimney that was leaking and replaced all the flashing around it making it completely waterproof. Only issue would be some gaps in the corner boards that were left exposed, probably should be caulked. Other than that excellent working with them!

The entire process, from proposals and estimate, to discussion, contract negotiations, scheduling, permits, delivery, crew on deck, completion, walk through, document delivery, billing and payment handling are smooth , reliable and punctuated. This was my first experience with this company. Vincent came out to do inspection of my roof where we noticed water leaking from the ceiling of a bedroom. After a thorough inspection, Vincent also pointed out the tiles that were loose or cracked. The next day it rained and more water was coming in. They immediately sent out someone to put a temporary fix until they could schedule the repair. Within a couple of days, they moved my repair up on their schedul. David did a great job. Very satisfied with their work and even gave a 2 year warranty where most other companies I called only offered 1 year warranties
