I was apprehensive about going with a new realtor, but was hooked by the 1% sellers agent rate. I am Beyond thrilled with my decision to use purple door.Shaun is absolutely wonderful! Very straightforward yet flexible. He reminds me of 1950s Elvis, wholesome, stylish, moral and awesome. He’s extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t make mountains out of molehills. He made the process of selling my home super straightforward, easy, and his approach is extremely effective. You can tell he values time- yours and his and doesn’t waste it with a bunch of nonsense. My home was under contract within seven days of listing and the price point was perfect.Shaun was realistic with me, honest about timing and expectation, but very positive. He knows what he’s doing. I appreciated the photos of the house. The photographer did a great job too. The whole process was just a great experience start to finish. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past and it was much more stressful and expensive.I’ll never go with a different realtor. Stop searching, this is who you want selling your home.

I hired Shawn to sell a property, I did not know him but was interested in using him in order to save selling cost. I latter found out he was in a band that i have seen perform. Even though he takes listing at a lower price, he brings more skill and expertise to the deal, that most full service agents. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
