I discovered this company by happy accident. I am so glad I did. Ryan stepped up to help me with replacement blinds and went the extra mile to get the blinds under warranty from the manufacturer. Note - his company didn't install them. He offered to have them shipped directly to me for self-install. I am sure I could have handled installing them but there wouldn't have been a financial benefit for his company other than my future business. I gladly paid for him to install them.
