Second time now i’ve had reflexology with Sarah , and was divine . The first time she cleared my sinuses after having problems with them . Second time round she’s helped me sleep , i now sleep better since . Reflexology is magic especially with Sarah’s calming presence . Sarah was very thorough in the consultation and felt at ease straight away . Can’t want for my next appointment. highly recommend not just for relaxing but for health benefits too 💯

I booked a full body massage which I have enjoyed before, as I had a gift voucher to use. I was booked with Molly who welcomed me to the new salon.Molly talked me through the pre assessment and then took me up to the room, which was delightfully cool.My massage was amazing, I’m sure I fell asleep twice and must admit I didn’t want to leave.I felt so relaxed after my treatment. It was wonderful.

Great first experience at Charisma. Lovely boutique Beauty salon and close to John Lewis car park. Had gel nails done for holidays and Holly did a fantastic job and took extra care with one of my nails that is broken. All staff were incredibly welcoming, with drinks offered and a free welcome tote bag, it really felt like a treat. Air conditioning too which was lovely as it was a very hot day. I will certainly be back and looking forward to trying all of the other things in their beauty and treatments menu. Highly recommend

Everyone is so friendly and the service is always brilliant. Steph in particular is so lovely and does a great job with my nails. All the ladies here make the environment so relaxed and enjoyable. If you're looking for anything beauty related, I highly recommend Charisma!
