I thoroughly recommend Charisma for anyone needing a bit of luxury and indulgent pampering. I had two treatments, a CACI facial treatment and a full body massage. Both were beautifully executed, professional and so relaxing. The new salon setting is wonderful and the staff are just a dream. I cannot recommend Charisma enough.

This was my first visit to Charisma & I was having ACP to remove some skin tags that were becoming a nuisance. My treatment was carried out by Jess who was very friendly & reassuring, explaining clearly what the treatment entailed. I am delighted with the results & only wish I had been here sooner. All the staff are very welcoming & I would highly recommend this salon.

As always Leanne is a star! She puts you at ease, she takes the time to listen, she takes on board anything that needs to be focussed on and or adjusts the treatment (laser hair removal) as needed. I wouldn’t ever see anyone else now I’ve found Leanne, she’s an absolute legend. 👌
