HowdyCame in yesterday looking for a birthday present pool cue, and first ever decent pool cue.Shopped around a fair bit before walking into swiftflye. Our previous experiences all felt disingenuous and "salesy".We spent alot of time in store, with no intention of making a purchase on the day.The staff were SO good, honest and knowledgeable that it felt wrong to leave without committing to our purchase.Happy with our purchase and our experience instore. Great effort Allround swiftflyte team! 👍

Went in looking for a set of darts. Being totally green to darts, I had the best possible experience. Gary took time with both me and my partner to answer all questions we had and to test out darts to find the right ones for us within the price range that he confirmed with us to begin with.Despite such a large, complete range of items that almost feels overwhelming as a newbie, the assistance you get from the staff and willingness to provide info and impeccable service means that I cannot recommend this place enough.

The owner/manager was very helpful when exploring the range of darts he has for sale and explaining some of the intricacies involved with individual darts and how they 'fly'!

We are in a wonderful age where you can buy anything you want online. If every shop was like Swiftflyte there would be no need. They will have everything you need in stock and prices inline with all the online retailers.Highly recommended!

Exceptional customer service!I was most impressed by the time taken to help a beginner like myself select some suitable darts. The teams level of product knowledge across the board (not limited to darts) is incredible. Thanks again!

Already love the shop since I began visiting from the start of the year but I want to put a special shout out to Pete there - first time meeting him and super glad I did - absolute top bloke, took the time to go over products, gave some quality tips and just generally valued his service - obviously in dart circles Pete is well known but being new to all things darts he was as down to earth as it gets - thanks again Pete for the chat and help and will see you up there again soon 👍

Purchased a cue, tried it out and didn't like it. They swapped over for a lesser value cue and refunded the difference with a smile. I will soon be upgrading to a better cue and will head back there. Great service

Wow!!! This store has everything you could ask for for pool tables with all the range of cues, chalks, cue caddies, and about 100 different dart designs, and then plenty of card games, Rubiks cubes, yard games. Perfect place to checkout for pressies for the strategy gamers. Definitely worth checking out. I went to get advice on a pool table move and they were able to help with advice on this too.
