US Flood Team did an AMAZING job on our basement. We had 2 inches of standing water in our basement when are some pump failed during a storm. My homeowners insurance company suggested that I call Servpro. They took a day to get out to give me a quote of $23,000!!! And they wanted half up front, not willing to work with my insurance company’s timeline for payout. I decided to get a second bid. US Flood Team came out within an hour, gave me a quote of 1/4 the price and started work immediately. They were fast, professional, and did a great job. My basement is clean and dry and mold free. They worked with my insurance company on payout. I highly recommend them!
