US Flood Team did an AMAZING job on our basement. We had 2 inches of standing water in our basement when are some pump failed during a storm. My homeowners insurance company suggested that I call Servpro. They took a day to get out to give me a quote of $23,000!!! And they wanted half up front, not willing to work with my insurance company’s timeline for payout. I decided to get a second bid. US Flood Team came out within an hour, gave me a quote of 1/4 the price and started work immediately. They were fast, professional, and did a great job. My basement is clean and dry and mold free. They worked with my insurance company on payout. I highly recommend them!

Our sump pump quit working during the rainy season. Our basement quickly started to be overtaken by the incoming water. We called U.S. Flood Team and they were able to send a team out right away. They tackled the issue at hand quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call if disaster strikes.
