I just wanted to thank Nathan for everything. Out of all the contractors I contacted, he was by far one of the best people I had the opportunity to work with. Nathan was always truthful--he told it exactly how it was, with no fluff or sales tactics. He was honest about pricing, potential roadblocks, what to expect throughout the process, and many other important details that most contractors simply don't discuss. That level of transparency is something you don't often find in this industry. He also helped me secure financing for the project. Through his relationships with lenders, we were approved for a substantial amount of funding with a straightforward process, making our ADU project financially possible. His pricing, contract terms, and overall value were better than any other contractor I spoke with. My experience with Nathan was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain every aspect of the ADU process, the benefits of adding an ADU in today's market, and the long-term advantages from both an investment and property value perspective. He shared lessons and insights that I never received from any other contractor. Many contractors seemed focused only on making a sale, but Nathan genuinely wanted to educate and help me make the right decision. Honestly, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. I could continue listing positive things about Nathan, but this review would never end. We were fully prepared to move forward with the project. The deposit had already been made, financing was approved, and everything was ready to go. Unfortunately, a close family member recently received a serious medical diagnosis, and our focus had to shift to taking care of our family first. When I explained the situation to Nathan, his response immediately showed the type of person he is. Without hesitation, he told me to focus on my family and not worry about the project. He didn't pressure me, try to hold me to the contract, or make me feel guilty. In fact, he encouraged me to take care of my family first and assured me that we could revisit the project later when the time was right. That moment spoke volumes about his character. Nathan had already invested a significant amount of time helping me through the process, getting financing approved, answering countless questions, and preparing everything for the project. Despite all of that effort, his first concern was my family's well-being, not the business. He even offered to refund my deposit, which further demonstrated his integrity and professionalism. Because of how he handled this situation, I know this is someone I can trust completely. Trust is hard to earn, especially when it comes to major construction projects and life savings, but Nathan earned that trust without question. Once our family situation is resolved, I fully intend to work with him again. I've already told him that I see us working together on many future projects. We recently had Summit Remodeling Group re-roof our house, garage and out building, and we had a great experience working with them! Not only did they provide a competitive bid, they showed up on time and completed the job according to schedule. Nathan directed the effort from the initial estimate through construction completion and issuing of warranties. He also coordinated the required permits and inspections with the City. Nathan was very responsive throughout the process and communicated promptly and clearly. The crew working on the roofs was timely and efficient, working safely and leaving the yard very clean! Their workmanship was good and we're very happy with the final product. We highly recommend Summit for any roofing job, and we are in fact seriously considering them for future projects as well.

This was a wonderful experience. Had a leak in my roof, needed repair in a hurry due to pending in the next few days. While I'm at work, Nathan and his team show up at my house and see the damage, determine the estimate, which was the least expensive estimate I received, and he helped to finance my payment at rate that was friendlier than my own Credit Union. It has rained all thru Christmas break and the roof held up beautifully. Respectful, Timely, Patient and Professional. I was very impressed. Thanks again to you and your team Nathan.
