Janelle made the entire booking process seamless, and her team was so kind, courteous, and professional from start to finish.We rented the inflatable gladiator arena for our annual 4th of July party, and it was the highlight of the weekend. It kept our family and friends entertained for hours, and there was no shortage of laughter. We were honestly a little sad to see it get picked up because everyone had such a great time!If you're looking for a company that's easy to work with, dependable, and genuinely cares about providing a great experience, I can't recommend Salem Jumper Rentals enough. We're already planning our next event just so we have an excuse to rent from them again!

We had an amazing experience with Salem Jumper Rentals for my twins’ 6th birthday party! From the very beginning, communication was friendly, prompt, and helpful. They gave us a delivery window of 4:00–6:00 PM and showed up right at 4:00, which made setting up for the party completely stress-free.The bounce house was clean, in excellent condition, and exactly as pictured. Setup and pickup were quick and easy, and they took the time to explain the safety rules before they left.The biggest compliment I can give is that my boys both said it was “the best day ever!” The bounce house was the highlight of the party, and all of the kids had an absolute blast.If you’re looking for a reliable, professional company with excellent customer service, I can’t recommend Salem Jumper Rentals enough. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

The delivery was so smooth and the fellows setting up were fast and explained everything we needed to know. The bounce house was a huge hit and everything we had hoped. And pick up the next day was just as smooth. Would 100% use again

Janelle and her crew have been amazing in helping us set up for our company event in Dallas. I reached out to her 5 weeks in advance and she made the process so easy.
