I regret hiring this flooring contractor for our basement renovation. Their crew was disorganized, often showing up late or leaving early, and they did not follow basic safety precautions. The flooring was installed incorrectly, with noticeable gaps and lippage that made walking uncomfortable. When we complained, they blamed us or claimed the issues were minor, even though it was obvious the work was substandard. Absolutely do not recommend them.
