Flavio and his team did an amazing job on refinishing our 60 year old hardwood floors. I couldn't believe how they were able to restore these floors. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They spent alot of time and their work was flawless. Amazing job rebuilding our staircase as well. Great communication skills, cleaned up well after working each day, a truly professional group. I recently had my floors and stairs done by USA Floors. From my initial phone call to the visit and the job Flavio was excellent. He was professional, efficient, patient with explaining the process and very helpful. His crew showed up on time each day, they were polite, respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I'm in love with my floors and stairs. I had bamboo flooring and red oak stairs installed. At the end of each day Flavio would go over any work done, what to expect the next day etc. Very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have floors or stairs done. Thank you Flavio!

UsaVIP Floors was hired to do my floors due to a leak and my hardwood floors were buckled due to the leak. On the contract they said I have a 2-year warranty but then don't honor it and my floors are terrible and still buckled just like before they started. The installer they sent to inspect the floor said they installed the wood before it cured and it buckled again just like it was when they started the project. They get your money and then won't fix any problems. They said they would move the furniture, and I moved most of it myself. They left my house in shambles for months. They did not cover furniture they placed outdoors. I had to clean up their garbage they left outside and tarps. I had to pay them to clean the house after the install when I had already paid in the original quote and I had to pay to have my house cleaned again and they didn't even do that right. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AND THEY GO BY USAFLOORS but their name is USA VIP Floors.

Flavio was hired to do my hardwood floors. They don't even do the work they sub it out and then take no responsibility for the workmanship of the people they hire. They never completed the work or moved my furniture back. They say they have a two-year warranty, but they don't even honor that. I still have furniture that was not put back into place, and the owner and worker are in a fight with each other and won't even pay their sub-contractors that they hire. I have a sub-contractor that's calling me for payment that I made to Flavio's company. He will not return calls and says he will but never does anything. I would never recommend this company or any of the many companies they say is their name which they use when they want to go by another name. A fly by night company that once you pay them and they can't get any more money from you treats you like garbage. Do not trust that they will finish a job after you pay them because they will not. I do not recommend this company even for a trash pick up. They are garbage. I will tell all my friends and family not to use these people.

Flavio and his team did a great job on my project (LVP plank floors). The color I chose is LT Teak and they did a good job matching it up with the floors I already had in other areas. The work was completed neatly and quickly. Price was fair. I will definitely be calling them for my next project!

I had a stairwell wood flooring installed and LVP work done a while ago by Flavio. I then needed some minor repairs done a year after the initial work. Flavio came through and delivered. He stands by his product and work even after the job was complete. I recommend Flavio for his responsiveness and attentiveness to the work he performs. This is the type of business that you would recommend over and over again.
