I got the opportunity to have a couple of sessions with Kailee to mentor me in my role as Integrator. The sessions I had with Kailee were extremely helpful. I’ve been working with my Beacon and Blade Integrator Coach, Tina Sawyer, for approximately four weeks, and I’m amazed at how much I’ve personally accomplished and the traction we’ve gained. In just a short time we’ve made significant progress on issues that had not been "solved" for over a year, while running on EOS. My entire team is seeing how powerful EOS can be when we fully use the tools and hold one another accountable. This experience has made my role as Integrator far more fulfilling, and I’m excited for what’s next for our company and our teams.
