This was starting to become my favorite online retailer but customer service has slipped recently. It's very possible they are jusy understaffed now. Emails take 3+ days to receive a response and discord questions are sometimes just ignored​. Its starting to become impossible now to make a change to an order before it ships because of this.If you want good prices and packaging, they are great. Good luck if you have a question about your order or need to make a change

I’m new-ish to MTG, and found Many Realms on Instagram after looking for hobby stores in my area. Decided to sign up for The Hobbit prerelease, which turned out to be a great decision, as I was lucky enough to win the raffle for a Hobbit Collector Booster Box! What’s great about their format is that instead of incentivizing wins, they incentivize play for rewards. That way, even if you get sub-optimal pulls or are new to the game like I was, you still have a chance to win something based off their “bounty” objectives. If you’re looking to get into Magic, I’d highly recommend going to a prerelease event. (They had plenty of time slots available too, and smaller group sizes that feel a lot less overwhelming.)The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful to me, and the people I played with were super nice as well! Even if I hadn’t have gotten lucky, I’d still be a returning customer and look forward to spending more time there. Thanks again to the Many Realms crew!
