I had the most incredible experience at this dental practice today. From the moment we walked in, I felt so welcome.The dentist was exceptional,nothing was rushed, every detail was explained thoroughly, and I genuinely felt listened to and cared for throughout the appointment. It was by far the most comfortable dental experience I've ever had.A special thank you to the receptionist, who was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and caring, especially towards my daughter, making sure she was comfortable and looked after while I was being seen. Her warmth and compassion meant so much to us.After a lifetime of dental visits, I can honestly say this was the most comfortable, professional, and caring experience I've ever had. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful visit such a positive one. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares.

With a detailed schedule I followed my dental plan as to the work being done. This also meant no hidden costs so I could budget ahead. Again Werner was always the professional and clearly enunciated what was being done. I have no hesitation recommending ER Dental. Even though I only visit once a year I am consistently greeted by my name and made to feel genuinely welcome by the friendly and caring staff.Yvonne the dental hygienist, is incredibly kind, patient and professional. She always takes time to ensure I am comfortable throughout my appointment. Liam, the dentist, is equally excellent.I no longer live in the area, but I will keep going out of my way and drive to this dental practice in the future because I am so happy with their outstanding customer service. Their personal approach to patient care really stands out.

After years of dread of visiting a dentist, a toothache required my seeing Kezia. A painless extraction was made after X-rays, photos and a thorough explanation was given. Superb! However the stand out was a thorough teeth clean by Candice. She was caring informative personable and highly competent. Not to mention pain free. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit now.

I first went to ER dental when I had an emergency, and could not have been happier with the team and the result. All of the staff are incredible. Since then my step dad has seen them when he was here out of town and had an emergency that another dental clinic had botched, and he could not be happier with the experience and team at ER Dental Seventh Ave. Also my daughter is now a customer and she also couldn't be happier with the team as well. So, I highly recommend Kezia and Nell and the entire team. Best dental clinic I have ever been too.
