We came home after a weekend trip to discover our AC unit wasn’t turning on. Brandon Applegate came out at 8:30pm and replaced the capacitor. It was so hot outside even after dark. We are very thankful. Brandon was polite and professional. So glad we opted into the service contract with Thermacon!

Caleb Buckley was a gem to work with. Very responsive to communication and provided extremely thorough explanations during troubleshooting and diagnosing of my AC issues. Also super appreciative of Lane Dotey who answered our call on his day off and assisted in talking us through some troubleshooting over the phone prior to sending Caleb out. Thank you Thermacon!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Thermacon! The entire team was prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond while installing our new HVAC system. They completed the entire installation in just one day while we were at work, which was incredibly convenient. The owner and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Thermacon to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service. They have definitely earned our business for all of our future HVAC needs.
