Ruben at Too Strong Mortgage was recommended to us by our homeowner insurance agent. I had asked her for some info as we were looking to refinance with another company. She had told us "you won't regret going with Ruben". I will say WE DON'T!! Ruben delivered what he promised and then some! He was very attentive, answered questions (at any time/hour we called), explained everything in detail. I think one of the biggest take aways for me is, I was bound and determined to do the refi with a cash back and pay off certain credit cards. Ruben sent us a list and explained not only over the phone, but in a YouTube video as well, why it was best to pay off other things instead. After my mental fight of still wanting to do what my mind told me to do, we choose to go with Ruben's recommendations. It is such a great feeling to have these things paid, gone, and now be able to concentrate on the "little" debt we have and get those out of the way with our monthly savings.We also worked with two associates of Ruben's, Heather Smith and Teresa Baca.
