We had some leaking that popped up after the first big storm of the season. Junior with MK Contractors came out swiftly after contacting them, and gave us a fair and honest estimate. He was knowledgeable, polite, and considerate of our situation. Where other companies wanted us to replace the entire roof, Junior identified the specific issue, and had it repaired the same day. We'll absolutely consider them for any future issues, should any arise!

An honest review - The Good and BadOut of the 3 quotes I received, MK was the highest. However, I was ok with the higher cost, as they used GAF shingles and were the only contractor to not bulk at correcting an odd ridge condition. The other contractors would only quote installing a 1'-0" x 20'-0"+/- piece of EPDM (this the only reason I gave MK a 2nd star). Installation day came and went with no issues, except the next day I had to go around my yard and pickup a considerable amount of metal ferrules, spikes, clippings, etc...luckily my dogs didn't get cut. Still randomly find small sharp pieces.If it ended here, I would have given them 5 stars, even with the metal left in the yard. However, I have not received a copy of the Warranty and we are pushing 4 months. I have called no less than 3 times and every time it's 'You should have received an email." or "I will check on that and get back with you tomorrow."No emails. No follow through.Which, does not make me feel confident they will follow through on any potential warranty claims.Given their delay and the run around I was getting, I called GAF and did verify MK is certified to provide the warranty they quoted. In speaking with GAF, they can issue my warranty if I send them the quote and proof of payment. I have not gone through this process yet, but hopefully I can get a copy of the warranty I paid for.I'm also not holding my breath on receiving the 'report' I was promised, which was to include pictures of the bare deck, which they had shown me, standing on site, and I asked them to just email.Learn from my mistake, hold 5-10% of the final payment until all work is complete and all documentation are provide.

MK Contractors were exceptionally professional in every aspect of multiple houses with roofs needing replaced. Dennis was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. He kept me updated with photos and messages. Everyone in the team of people were fast and prompt. The word done is exactly as requested and exceptionally well done. If you've been looking for a roofing contractor that calls you back, is timely, and gets good work done quickly, look no further!
