Jasmine has been an exceptional realtor. I specifically use Jasmine because of her excellent communication skills. As an investor, receiving an accepted offer as soon as possible is the most important part of the process. On a recent deal, Jasmine was able to negotiate with the sellers and get an accepted offer within 2 days. Jasmine was then able to use her personal connections with contractors she has worked with in the past to complete a thorough home inspection that extend far outside of a generic home inspection. Is there a way to do more than 5 stars ?? My wife and I worked with Shae to purchase our first home and she was AWESOME! As first time homebuyers we didn’t really know what we were doing and Shae was so gracious, attentive and super helpful. We felt listened to and not pushed at all to view houses we didn’t like.
