As an investor, receiving an accepted offer as soon as possible is the most important part of the process. On a recent deal, Jasmine was able to negotiate with the sellers and get an accepted offer within 2 days. Jasmine was then able to use her personal connections with contractors she has worked with in the past to complete a thorough home inspection that extend far outside of a generic home inspection.
