Austin was very knowledgeable and polite. We had a bit of a mystery with some chipped paint in our ceiling and he went above and beyond trying to figure out the root cause. He also took the time to explain each step. I was very impressed by the service and I will surely pick them in the future if we encounter there any other needs.

Bedrock helped us with a water leak emergency. Within 90 minutes of our contacting them, they were at our house to find our leak with their on-staff plumber, open the ceiling, put in dehumidifier and fans to dry everything. They are a full service restoration company…after every thing dried out, they came back to put in new Sheetrock, put in a new knockdown ceiling texture through the room, re-paint …and get back to like it was before. Each team member was excellent to work with. Vincente in the rebuild process was very good, Robinson in the management was also very good. 5 stars to this company!

Robinson and the team at Bedrock Restoration did a great job in fixing our basement flood issue. Robinson was communicative, timely and quick to navigate any issues. The end result looks great! I’d definitely recommend Bedrock for future restoration needs!
