While we were out of town, we had a water pipe break and flood our main level and lower level. Upon discovery I contacted Dan with Bedrock at 6:00 in the evening and he had his crew there in 90 minutes and they worked all night trying to minimize the damage.Throughout this unfortunate event everyone I came in contact with at Bedrock has been outstanding. Don was the lead man during mitigation and his communication along with everyone else was thorough, thoughtful and detailed.I am very pleased to give them a 5-star review.

We had an ice dam that caused water to come into our home. We didn't really know what to do and a friend mentioned Bedrock Restoration. Once we called they were great about explaining ice dams and why they happen and their suggestions to address our problems. They also explained how we should leave some of our walls open until the spring in case more water came in and we really appreciated that approach. We felt that Bedrock truly cared about our situation and see why they were recommended to us!
