They were the only ones to answer, and two techs, Tyler and Jesse, were out within a couple hours setting up equipment (staying until 3 am to get the drying process started). Over the next several months, they were communicative, gave us one specific person (Kyle) to work with, were flexible, and got us everything we needed. The entire process worked smoothly, and they quickly and professionally addressed any issues we raised.Look, you're looking for a restoration company. You're in an awful spot. Austin Plaster has just done a fantastic job since his arrival two hours ago. He has worked with professionalism, a quality focus and efficiency to identify the leakage problem, take the mitigating steps and line up the restoration work. He even collaborated with the roofer to help isolate the source of the leak. Can’t recommend him or the company higher.

Run, run, run. If I could give a zero or negative Star I would.Bedrock handled our mitigation, trashed our hard wood floor in the process, did not keep samples and had to come back to take more flooring than necessary and they are now threatening us if we do not go with them to do the restoration. This is THE MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY we have ever encountered (and I say that as a dentist business owner and my husband is a physician). Good thing that we have multiple lawyers in our family. But what a stressful experience. I’d like to save others from dealing with them. DO NOT GO with Bedrock. Ask your insurance company who they recommend.

Bedrock got to our house the same day we called. Although, our problem ended up needing a different specialty professional, Austin did a great job really trying to trace down the source of our problem. Would recommend to a friend.

We had soaking wet carpet and no idea where the water was coming from. Bedrock came within a couple of hours and were able to identify the source and start remediation. Andy, Asher and Drake worked late in to the night to clear everything out and start the drying. Would definitely recommend.
